I had a reasonably priced room with comfortable beds, and the location in a cute area was secure. There was a shopping area and a local supermarket nearby. It was steps away from Duffy Square.

The stay for the holidays certainly was great value for the money. By and large, it was relaxing base for sightseeing in New York, had much fun and met caring and knowledgeable stuff at reception desk. The hotel had an incredible location close to The Museum of Modern Art. Furthermore, the area was shopping. I spent some time with soft drinks in the great Irish bar.

Loved the location, the helpful staff, and the comfortable 2-bedroom apartment! We enjoyed exploring the Broadway area and had a blast at my sister's 83rd birthday trip. The kitchen was a great addition for cooking meals, and the proximity to good restaurants was a big plus 🍴. The only downside was a noisy heater at night, but it didn't ruin our fantastic stay.
